[Frank pulls back just enough to see and be seen.]

[He smiles and nuzzles the other man's face with his nose.]

It's me. You must have been really tired.

[ Peter can feel his cheeks warm again but can't be bothered to feel embarrassed. Not when Frank is nuzzling him and Peter's arms naturally wrap around the other man's neck to keep him there. ]

I guess I do.

[ It's now his turn to press kisses to Frank's face. ]

[He could get used to this, coming back to the apartment and back into a strong, warm embrace.]

Aw, man. D'you need more recovery time? I got you a sandwich.

[As he's laying on top of him anyways.]

[ Peter almost giggles, ]

There aren't that many things to eat here.

[They're both smiling like fools. There's nothing flimsy or unreal about the way his heart beats. There's no reason in his head to fear or worry when they're in private away from the world.]

[He leans again in for a brief, little kiss.]

[ Peter leans back up for another kiss. ]

[ Even if they've already said it, Peter likes hearing it and is starting to really enjoy saying it. ]

[ Peter can't even begin to process the oy he feels at Frank wanting him to stay. Just wanting him around longer after they just met last night. ]

[There's definitely a difference in his expression, a lighter, brighter kind of a inside glow. No one has ever looked at Frank like this. It's hardly been a whole day all together, but he could get used to this.]

[He leans to one side to bring the sack on the bed. Frank's just going to make himself comfortable, laying close by.]

[ Peter scoots over some to allow Frank more room to lay down before he's sitting up properly, the sheet pooled in his lap now. He shrugs after taking the bag with the sandwich, ]

As long as you still wanted me around, I was going to stay. I just... I don't know. I don't know how any of this works.

[ It's not like they can be open about this and Peter lacks more experience than Frank does. ]

[Small bed makes them cozy one way or the other. Frank's eye quirks up. Peter is still naked.]

[ Peter is getting the sandwich out of the bag when Frank puts that out there and he stills for a moment, blinking at Frank in surprise. ]

[Spoken like it ain't no thing except he steals a glance that ruins his tough guy rebuff.]

[ It's that little glance that makes Peter smile at Frank. Slowly he nods his head, ]

[He clears his throat.]

[ Peter moves his leg under the sheet enough to nudge Frank in the chest with the back of his foot. ]

[ But he has the sandwich out and finally takes a bite. Only a few chews and he's giving a soft noise of approval before biting off more. Around his mouthful, ]

[That's an important distinction. He reaches for Peter's foot and holds him at the ankle while Frank leans in. Why? He's not sure. Just because. Being in his presence with the remainders of the sensual haze of earlier really does make his mind start wandering.]

[The words are out. Shit. Frank's ears are trying to go red. No apology in sight.]

[ Peter waits to swallow before he's leaning in to press a kiss to Frank's lips. ]

[Frank's eyes drift shut and he lifts his hand to slide his fingers over Peter's jawline to the back of his neck.]

[The guy still has a sandwich to eat but give him a second. He kisses back, eyes lifting to his face.]

[ He leans in enough to press his forehead to Frank's, ]

[His voice drops and he's honestly interested in what it is about himself that Peter thinks is so undesirable. They still need to spend more time together, get to know one another emotionally with the same intimacy they share physically already. Frank's dark brown eyes search those bright eyes that got him bad.]
